The self-service system e.Krovinys is an information system for the management and accounting control of documents accompanying the carriage of goods by rail in the Republic of Lithuania. It allows users to store and filter the data collected on transport documents in one place, and to retrieve the information they need. The system covers the entire freight transport cycle.

How to avoid the blocking of e.Krovinys account?
In order to keep your account active and to avoid possible login problems, it is recommended that you log in at least once every 90 (ninety) days.
Why is there no transport application status in e.Krovinys?
Your transport application has been forwarded for further coordination and the application information has not yet been captured in all systems. The status changes within about 2 hours of receiving the notification e-mail about the approved application. If the status of your application has not changed after 2 hours, please contact us at pagalba@ltgcargo.lt or by phone +370 5 202 1515.
How long does it take to confirm a consignment note in e.Krovinys?
SMGS and KR-99 consignment notes are confirmed in e.Krovinys within 2 hours. If the status of the consignment note has not changed after 2 hours, please contact us at pagalba@ltgcargo.lt or by phone +370 5 202 1515. You can view the changed status of a document in your e.Krovinys self-service.
What to do if a consignment note field is filled in incorrectly in e.Krovinys?
- If the consignment note is not yet approved, we can return the consignment note for correction free of charge.
- If the wagons have not yet departed, but the consignment is already approved, we can cancel the consignment note free of charge.
- If you do not have the possibility to correct the consignment note or if the wagons have already departed, we can correct the consignment note for an additional fee of EUR 38.50.
How can I view the location of the wagon?
If you are involved in the transport as a consignor, consignee or freight forwarder, you can view the deployment of wagons in Lithuania by logging in to the information system e.Krovinys under "Reports", "View deployment of private and participating wagons". If you do not see the location of your wagon in the self-service, the wagon may not have moved from the original station yet or is abroad.
